My friend is having his 17th birthday party at a go-karting place and I’m excited to join. However, I’m only 16. I have my learner’s permit, but I’m still about six months away from a driver’s license. Do I need a driver’s license to hit the go-kart track?

Since you’re technically a minor, your parent or guardian will need to sign the waiver on your behalf.
