You can do a quick temporary fix for a cracked radiator’s plastic with epoxy but a better solution is fusion welding.
To fix cracked radiator plastic, you may need a:
Heat gun
Nylon-based welding rod
Air-free plastic welder
Black tie wraps
Another type of soldering iron
Filler
Before fixing the crack, the damaged area should be clean and dry. Pre-heat the area and then use your welding tools and the ties to fix the track. Check your work after to ensure the leak is fixed.
