Find the hood release lever on the driver’s side. This will be on the lower, left-hand side of your steering wheel. You’ll know it’s the right lever because of the icon of a car with an open hood.
Once you’ve found the lever, pull it to pop the hood.
Walk around to the front of your car. The hood should be open just far enough that you can slide your fingers underneath.

You can now fully open the hood and access the engine.
