How do you program a 2004 Honda Accord key?
I don’t know what happened, but my remote key stopped working. I changed the battery, but it still won’t connect. What steps should I take to program my 2004 Honda Accord key again?

Reprogramming keys can be expensive, costing anywhere from $50-$500, depending on

. That said, you can follow these steps to program your 2004 Honda Accord key from home:- Step 1: Get into your car and unlock the doors.
- Step 2: Put your key in the ignition.
- Step 3: Switch the ignition to ON (II).
- Step 4: Press the lock button on your remote for 1 second.
- Step 5: Switch the ignition to OFF (II).
- Step 6: Repeat steps 3-5 three times, then turn the ignition to ON (II).
- Step 7: Press the lock button on the remote you’d like to program. Your car’s locks should lock then unlock to indicate your key is connected.
