How do you scrap a car in GTA V?

So I’m a priest, and my day-to-day involves offering comfort and support to parishioners, spending time in the confessional booth, and listening to those who have sinned (there are plenty of them, let me tell you). Anyways, being pious all day is exhausting, so I unwind after a hard day of doing the Lord’s work by playing GTA V, which leads to my question. How do I scrap a car in GTA V?

Well, Father, we all need a break from our labors, and what better way to take a break from spreading the good word for a while than by engaging in some car-smashing chaos?
To scrap a car in GTA V, simply destroy it anywhere in San Andreas (how is up to you). Just make sure the vehicle is a burnt-out, undrivable husk. Once it is totaled, your car will be considered scrapped and you’ll notice $150 added to your game earnings, paid out each week on Mondays.
You don’t have to be in the actual scrapyard to scrap your car—destroy it wherever your pure heart desires. You’ll see your game earnings increase, but note that they will cap out at $5,000, so there are some limits to your video game destruction.
While you might be dishing out plenty of fire and brimstone on other vehicles while playing GTA V, you’ll want to protect your car in real life with a robust
