How does the car scrapyard work in GTA V?
In the video game realm, I’m a maven for destruction. (Don’t worry! In real life, I make worthwhile contributions to society—I’m a server at Chili’s in San Bruno.) How does the scrapyard work in GTA V?

I do love $5 margs, but I’m much more concerned with teaching a mayhem-head like yourself how the scrapyard works in GTA V.
For every car you destroy in GTA V, the scrapyard gives you $150 in game credits, which are added to your earnings and will show up in your game account at the beginning of the following week. You can then use those funds to buy more cars. Note that your earnings will be capped at $5,000 per week.
As a bonus, you don’t even have to drag the vehicle that you’ve turned into a burning crater into the scrapyard. This being a video game and all, GTA V credits you once the vehicle has been properly destroyed. But the vehicle must be rendered undrivable to be considered scrapped and earn a payout.
