Kia Sorento
has accrued many model years that are more highly recommended than others. It’s hard to pin down the very best year for a used Kia Sorento, but you can’t go wrong with a model from any of the following model years:- 2003
- 2005
- 2007 to 2010
- 2015
- 2017 to 2021
The remaining model years—2004, 2006, 2011 to 2014, and 2016—have more complaints and mechanical issues than the others. Among these issues include breaking parts, air conditioning failure, and crankshaft problems.
