Rolls-Royce engines are made in Munich, Germany—not surprising as the engines are built by BMW. Most Rolls-Royce models are equipped with the BMW N74, a twin-turbo V12 engine. However, there are a few variants depending on the model.
N74B66—an enlarged version of the standard engine
  • Models: Ghost, Dawn, Wraith
  • Displacement: 6.6-liter
  • Power: 602 horsepower @ 5,500 rpm
  • Torque: 590 lb-ft @ 1,500 rpm
N74B68—6.75-liter variant
  • Models: Phantom, Ghost, Cullinan
  • Displacement: 6.7-liter
  • Power: 563 horsepower @ 5,250 rpm
  • Torque: 664 lb-ft @ 1,500 rpm
Such powerful engines, combined with the cream-of-the-crop build quality of Rolls-Royce models, create ultra-luxurious models. Even the most modest car will cost over $300,000.
With such a premium price tag, Rolls-Royce car insurance will also be sky-high. Fortunately, you can use the
